Dr. Smith shuttles between Grace Unlimited Church locations of San Diego and Phoenix and has spent more than 30 years in the ministry. He has served as a senior pastor for 20+ years and is the founder of the Grace Unlimited International Church, which is a collective movement of churches purposed to cover the globe with the gospel of grace. Dr. Smith is also the Presiding Bishop of the Global Harvest Covenant Network Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He travels extensively throughout the United States and the nations of our world proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ while also supporting this law practice.

In his earlier years, after a very successful career in the United States Marine Corps, served as a POST certified peace officer in the State of California and as a Federal Investigator.  Dr. Smith is the Founding/Managing Partner of Smith & Green Attorneys at Law, PLLC.  As a licensed practicing attorney, he litigates various cases in the state and federal courts of this nation.  As a highly sought-after litigator his voice of wisdom and influence has been instrumental in times of unrest and uncertainty.

Dr. Smith has several earned college degrees and is currently completing a Ph.d in Higher Education Administration at Liberty University.  Dr. Smith earned his Juris Doctorate in Law from Phoenix School of Law and he currently holds memberships in several legal associations, to include, the National Bar Association, Arizona State Bar, and the American Bar Association.  Dr. Smith is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a highly acclaimed international Law Fraternity.

Bishop Smith is in the process of writing his second book entitled “THE ONE WHO COMES AFTER ME:  Leading Today for Tomorrow, that will be released in late 2020. He also released his highly acclaimed debut live recording, entitled “The Worship Experience!” He is the CEO of Quacy L. Smith Enterprises but most importantly, Dr. Smith is a husband, a father, a son, a brother and a friend.
